Project Description

Creative Director – Angelina Hart

Angelina Hart was a southern California start-up producing a range of women’s accessories including a signature handbag, jewelry, makeup brushes, and other items. Ms. Hart was passionate about timeless design and bringing elegance to everyday life. The insight “Bringing the Glamour Back” connected the brand to a customer base hungry for a world beyond yoga pants and flip-flops. This sense of timeless style and glamour was reflected in every aspect of the brand, product, and communication materials development.

The color pallet chosen was black contrasted against rich golds. The logos were based on a 500-year-old family crest. The imagery told the story of a glamorous life that would make every day a bit more special. Responsibilities included creative direction, art direction, product design, brand identity, photography, web design, and video production. The videos were part of a multi-channel promotion for the retail stores. The success of this campaign helped Ms. Hart parlay the start-up into a 5 store retail chain within the first 3 years.
